We the Meadows

Guilding Principles
Our organization, born from the collective spirit of Meadows community homeowners in Lake Forest, is founded on a commitment to shared values of democracy, freedom, respect, equality, mutual support, inclusivity, and the sanctity of private property. Empowered by dedicated community builders, we have established an executive committee and board of directors to serve our community.

Our Guiding Principles:

Membership is exclusive to Meadows’ homeowners, residents, and supporters, united voluntarily in the spirit of community service.

We foster trust and connections among members, sharing personal information with consent.

As a non-profit organization, we rely on voluntary fundraising, with no mandatory contributions or funding sources.

Transparent financial management is our pledge; accounts are regularly disclosed by our finance team.

Leadership roles, initially self-nominated, reflect the strength and expertise of homeowners. Future leadership appointments will be determined by a majority vote from our executive committee and board members.

Our leadership is guided by the highest ethical standards, with a commitment to transparency, accountability, and integrity.

We embrace diversity within our community, ensuring that all voices are heard and represented in our decision-making processes.

We actively collaborate with other organizations, local authorities, and stakeholders to amplify our collective impact and advocate for our community's needs.
